Attorney Andreas Langner has spent more than three decades representing international clients in German legal matters. His clients are mostly private individuals and small to medium-sized companies — most in the United States and Canada, and many in Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, India, Israel and beyond.
He is admitted to practise before local courts (Amtsgerichte), district courts (Landgerichte) and higher regional courts (Oberlandesgerichte) throughout Germany, and has argued cases in the courts of every major German city. Where a matter calls for it, he works closely with German notaries, tax advisors and other specialists.
Andreas Langner took his Abitur in Düsseldorf and studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau. He completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Ravensburg, near Lake Constance, and passed the second state examination in Stuttgart. He was admitted to the German bar in October 1992 and opened his first practice in Meckenbeuren on Lake Constance — the beginning of more than three decades of legal work.

From there we handle the German side end to end: correspondence with courts, authorities, co-heirs, debtors or opposing counsel; the paperwork German procedure demands; and representation in court where it comes to that. You stay informed in a language you actually speak.
