Divorce Cost Calculator
As to German law court fees and attorney's fees are determined according to a figure called "value in litigation", which is calculated from the couple's financial and personal circumstances. Most important factor is the average net income during the last 3 month before divorce is filed. Property will have an effect on fees only if its value exceeds certain limits. If there are other divorce related issues like matrimonial property, child custody, spouse and child support etc., additional fees may incur.
All amounts are in Euro currency. You can find a currency converter tool here (external link for which we can take no guarantee or liability)
